I wanted a Vsett9, but after a few wks of not hearing anything, the owner himself called me up personally to apologize that the model was being discontinued & that they were waiting on the newer Apex models. I chose to wait & with all the new improvements they've made, the xtra wait was def worth it. I now have over 300 miles & no mechanical problems yet. I did get a flat tire early on (prob a pinch flat on the front tube) & at around 60miles there was a squeek at the front spring (lil spray lube fixed that fine). I usually keep it on Eco mode to safe batt life & it does what I need. Not as light as the other commuters I see each morning, but I have dual motors, dual suspension & way more comfort & speed than they do. Helps make up for the 60 lbs of weight. Overall, a very good scooter made better w/ the new Apex features.

This thing is a beast, I feel much more comfortable going 30mph on this than 15 on my Gotrax rival. I love the different ambient lighting options. Only issue is the breaks came grinding against the wheel, with about 5 minutes and a hex wrench I loosened the breaks and readjusted them and now I have no issues! I love this scooter I much just have to get the 10!

So far I love this scooter it has lots of power and rev rides has great responsive service to all my questions
